Greg Fisher

Raised in Terra Cotta, Ontario, Greg Fisher worked in London (U.K.) and Los Angeles as a musician, sound engineer and nightclub DJ before moving back to Toronto in 1999 and co-founding FISH-FRY MUSIC AND SOUND.

Together with co-founder Derek Treffry the two composed and produced themes, scores and soundtracks for dozens of TV series and featured special projects including HGTV hits Sarah’s House, and National Geographic’s Border Security (for which they earned SOCAN awards 2017-2020).  Other hits include the Discovery series Megaspeed and Megaworld, and the Canadian Screen Award nominated Discovery special Mother Nature is Trying to Kill You (for best music in an animated show or special).

After two and a half decades, having become a leading name in Canadian television music, Greg continues the legacy of fish-fry as a solo venture.
